Arrival & departure
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Reception is open 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Arriving after reception closes? After-hours check-in can be arranged — just tell us your arrival time when you book.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability.
Dogs & assistance animals
$40/dog/night- Dogs are welcome at Gladstone CBD Motel. We have pet-friendly rooms — just let us know when you book so we can put you in the right one.
- Dogs stay for $40 per dog, per night, plus a $200 refundable deposit. Please do not leave dogs unattended in rooms, and keep them on a lead in shared outdoor areas. Other pets are welcome on enquiry.
- Assistance animals (service dogs) are always welcome, in every room, at no extra charge — as required by law.
- Handy for dog owners: Goondoon Street is right outside for a stroll, and East Shores foreshore — with dog-friendly lawns — is a five-minute drive away.
Smoking
- All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee applies for any breach.
- Please smoke outdoors, away from room doorways and other guests.
Children & bedding
- Children are welcome — our family rooms have room to spread out.
- Maximum occupancy applies to each room type. Bed configurations and any extra bedding are subject to availability, so please ask when you book.
- Cots are subject to availability — let us know in advance and we’ll do our best.
Parking & Wi-Fi
- One free on-site parking space per room, right at your door.
- Additional vehicles are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Booking, payment & cancellation
- A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. We accept major credit cards and cash.
- Current rates and any deposit, payment or cancellation terms are shown in the secure booking engine at the time of booking — booking direct gets you the best rate.
- Changes to a booking (dates, room type, guest numbers) are subject to availability — please contact us as early as you can.
- For long-stay, corporate or group enquiries, contact us directly and we’ll tailor the arrangements.

Looking after you
- Please look after your own belongings during your stay and follow any safety signage on the grounds.
